Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan graduated with a master's degree in Economic Management from the National Economics University and joined DNP Holding in 2012. He has held many positions in business and operations at Dong Nai Plastics JSC.

In 2015, he was appointed Chief Accountant and became Operations Director in 2017.

In November 2018, he held the position of Deputy General Director of Tan Phu Plastics JSC. In February 2019, he became the CEO of the company after being elected as a member of the Board of Directors. In April 2022, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tan Phu Vietnam JSC. After a period of dedication and efforts, in February 2023, Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan officially took on the additional position of the CEO of DNP Holding JSC.

In 2021, Tan Phu's revenue increased 3 times compared to the same period in 2022. Tan Phu's revenue target is 2,300 billion, of which Inochi alone accounts for 1/3. Inochi's business results in the first 6 months of the year have partly realized that goal, achieving the milestones set by Tan Phu.

Established in 1976, DNP (Dong Nai Plastic JSC) is organized under the investment holding model. DNP consists of many member units, operating in the core business areas of clean water & environment, construction materials for the construction finishing stage, high-end household appliances and packaging.

Currently, DNP owns many large leading companies such as DNP Water, Dong Nai Plastic, DNP Hawaco, Tan Phu Vietnam, CMC Joint Stock Company... with total assets of up to 14,4217 billion VND, equity of 3,744 billion VND, charter capital of 1,091 billion VND, and total revenue of 3,402 billion VND/year (according to financial report as of September 30, 2021).
